Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Products page, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to fulfill the order. We accept credit card payment. At present we can only accept payment in Sterling. If your credit card statements are in a different currency, you may place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the currency of your card. We accept Maestro , Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard. No payment is collected from your payment card for any item until ithe day the goods are dispatched. This applies equally to backordered items. If you do not wish to use the on-line payment facility you may advise your credit card information by phone, fax, or post. We recommend that these details are NOT advised by unsecured e-mail over the internet. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. |

Shipping And Handling
We try to ship orders placed by 15:00hrs for delivery to UK mainland destinations the next working day (Monday to Friday). Our usual method of dispatch is by courier for delivery the following working day, although delivery to some areas of Scotland is a 2 day service. Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail. If your order cannot be dispatched within 2 working days we shall send a further email as soon as possible advising the anticipated dispatch date of your order. The cost of delivery is included in the quoted prices for deliveries to addresses in England, Wales, Isle of Wight, and the Scottish mainland. The standard hours of delivery are before 15.30. Specific morning or afternoon delivery can be made on payment of a surcharge, but please note that the surcharge does not guarantee next day delivery, only the time ofdelivery on the day of delivery. For deliveries of duvets to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, the Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man, a surcharge of £10.00 per consignment (including VAT) will be made for consignments over 2kg in weight. Delivery to these destinations will be a 2-5 day service. For delivery to other addresses shipping surcharges will apply. The amount of shipping surcharge for the most popular destinations is shown on the shopping cart before you confirm your order. If you require shipment to a destination that is not listed please contact us with details of your requirements. We use delivery companies that require goods to be signed for on delivery. Providing we are advised in writing before dispatch goods can be left safe without a signature. However neither Mandarina Textiles nor the carrier bear any responsibility for goods after they have been left according to instructions. The delivery is deemed to have been made when the goods have been left according to instructions duly received. We reserve the right to alter without notice the delivery company used to ship orders providing the delivery time of the service is unaffected by such changes. |

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. UK deliveries are usually delivered within 2 days of dispatch. Orders for UK sizes shipped to overseas destinations are generally received in under 10 working days. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the estimated delivery date and given option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Your payment card will not be debited until the goods are ready for dispatch. |

Tax Charges
The value of orders for delivery to the UK or the European Union tax zone include 17.5% VAT. Orders for delivery to other destinations are charged without UK VAT. Prices (and shipping surcharges) for delivery to destinations outside the VAT zone are net and do not include any local import duties and taxes which might be payable before customs authorities release the goods for final delivery. |
| Credit Card Security On line payments are processed by HSBC Bank plc secure e-payments system which utilises 128 bit encryption. Credit Card payments are verified by VISA and MasterCard secure code. Mandarina Textiles does not have access to complete card details that you enter into this payment system. |
| Guarantee Our products are covered by a ten year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or product abuse by the consumer. Full details of the guarantee are sent with the product, and can also be viewed from links on the individual product pages on the web site. |

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy
We will accept return of any unused item, returned in its original packing, for a full refund providing we are advised within 14 days of receipt of the item. We recommend that returns are sent to us using a service that requires a signature on delivery. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be refunded to the same card.
